Section 18A Tax Certificate
A Section 18A Tax Certificate can be issued to companies and individuals who make financial contributions, to enable them to submit a tax claim. Donors must provide proof of deposit or an invoice before the certificate can be issued.

Helping Hand welcomes all monthly contributions of more than R20 (unfortunately, bank charges put paid to smaller donations). One-off donations are also more than welcome.

Bequests
Helping Hand relies on the goodwill of individuals to help the needy. Members can now leave a bequest to Helping Hand in their will. Bequests must be specified in the will.
Supplies
Supplies worth thousands of rands are delivered to Helping Hand’s offices every month. The donations include clothing, foodstuffs and household items. An efficient system has been developed to ensure that goods are distributed according to people’s unique needs.
